About me:  

I was trained at Elestial Training UK by Dr. Raymond Roberts and gained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. Elestial is accredited by the National Open College Network (SWOCN), The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHR) and The Clinical and Therapeutic Hypnosis Association (CTHA). It is registered with the department of children, schools and families (old Dept. Education) (no. 11590). Dr. Roberts performs under the stage name of Ray Ronson, is an internationally acclaimed stage hypnotist, and has made many television appearances. He has also been the subject of numerous radio and newspaper articles. It was Ray I returned to and he who taught me my stagecraft. Taught by the best I can claim that the show really is 'as good as it gets'.

I gained my bachelor of Education degree in 1982 and I taught for more than 25 years. Along the way I gained a Masters’ Degree in education management from the University of Leicester. I set up an education consultancy business in 2005 specialising in behaviour management and modification and I trained as an OFSTED inspector.

A move to Cornwall in 2006 gave me the opportunity to make use of all my professional experience and direct my efforts towards my long term interest in Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.

Much of my time is spent running my successful hypnotherapy business, Kernow Hypnotherapy (www.kernowhyp.co.uk) and the shows allow me to demonstrate the amazing power of the human mind to wider audiences, as well as providing me with great opportunities to simply have fun with participants and spectators alike.
